I just bought some GlassLock containers from a local TJ Maxx store and the prices are unbeatable.
The newer GlassLock containers are stackable and I do like this feature a lot, it saves storage space.
Because they are stackable I can buy several of the same size which I use most of the time.
Their plastic lids also updated, the improved version snaps open and close much simpler than before.
These two new features really make GlassLock containers a must-have item in anyone’s kitchen.
Ever since I start using these products I have thrown away most of my microwaveable Tupperwares!
This 12 piece set sold by Amazon.com is indeed a fantastic deal–no shipping and no tax!

I bought these containers as the replacement for all that plastic boxes I used to use to bring lunch. Who knows what happens to plastic after repeated cooking in the microwave oven and what sort of health risks that produces. The glass containers serve their purpose very well. There are many sizes in the set so what you can chose the right one. They close securely and nothing leaks from them. They keep the food well, there is none of this plasticy smell from them. They can be used in the microwave and they clean up well.
They cannot be used for baking though. Otherwise it is a excellent quality product.
